Thomas R. Palmer - Chairman
Tom is Executive Chairman and co-founder of iModules Software . He is responsible for business development actvities including strategy, finance and investor relations.
Tom has been in the venture business since 1995, initially with Kansas City Equity Partners, and subsequently with AH Ventures in Boston. He has led investments and been active board participant in numerous information technology companies, from initial round of funding through to sale and IPO. His professional experience also includes being a Kauffman Fellow with the Kauffman Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Tom graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Economics and Computer Science. He received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Thomas A. DeBacco - President & CEO, Director
Tom is a co-founder of iModules and serves as its CEO. He is responsible for all day-to-day activities of the company. He is a serial entrepreneur, having started two other successful software companies.
Tom began his software career in 1981 as a sales and marketing executive for Innovative Software, a startup application software company. By the late 80's Tom had spent time living in London setting up international operations for Innovative Software, Informix Software and Fox Software. In early 1993, Tom co-founded Visual Components a successful software company that focused on providing development tools to other software developers.
Since the inception of iModules in May 2002, Tom has been engaged in the strategy and daily operations to ensure iModules success in delivering leading edge SaaS (software as a service) solutions to member based organizations.
Mike Novosel - Vice President, Business Development
Mike started his career in sales in 1986 with Innovative Software in Kansas City. In 1987 he relocated to Chicago where he was responsible for channel development. He continued that role in Minneapolis from 1988 through 1990. Mike returned to Kansas City in 1990 and played key roles in the opening and development of regional offices for both Information Builders and Parametric Technology. In 1996 he joined Visual Components as director of sales where he was responsible for domestic and international sales. With the re-acquisition of Visual Components/Tidestone from Sybase in 1998, Mike managed the transition and development of the sales organization. Most recently, Mike held the positions of director of strategic partnerships for Digital Archaeology, and director of business development for Delano Technology, which is based in Lenexa, KS.
Tyson Brown - Chief Technology Officer
Tyson has been a pioneer in the online community software market since 1998. He has since held numerous positions, including lead developer of the first commercial release of Planet Alumni's custom community solution in late 2000. Prior to Planet Alumni, Tyson worked for Sprint Corporation assigned to their Sprint Internet Passport development team.
Steve Garver - Senior Vice President of Client Operations
Garver brings over 25 years experience in directing client service and support efforts, having served in senior executive positions at both Cerner Corporation and SoftVu, LLC. Under his direction, SoftVu was named 2007 Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Top 10 Small Business of the Year. During his tenure as Senior Vice President of Cerner Corporation, Garver lead the development and expansion of consulting and client support practices. He was responsible for overall client satisfaction in all client segments. His experience serving as an advocate for client satisfaction, combined with his knowledge of software solutions, is expected to help enhance iModules’ services offerings and ensure the delivery of excellent client service.
David Petty - Vice President, Client Services
David leads iModules' Account Management team as well as its Application Support team, providing front-line application support as well as strategic planning and managed services to our online communities. David's experience in strategic solution design, project management and technology has allowed him to deliver world-class marketing and information technology solutions over his career at LaGarde, BI Worldwide and Maritz. David holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Organizational Development.
Mike McCamon - Evangelist, Vice President Marketing
Blogger, dreamer and pragmatist, McCamon has built a successful career in various executive management, marketing and product marketing roles throughout the technology industry at Informix, Apple, Sybase, Iomega, Intel and Sprint both in the U.S. and in Europe. He previously led both the Bluetooth SIG and UWB Forum trade associations as their Executive Director. McCamon is also a writer and often quoted speaker having received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in 1985.
Bob Sanders - Vice President, Solution Engineering
Bob holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and began his career in 1981 at Caterpillar, where he designed and analyzed computer models of engine components. Bob's passion for technology and customer support led him to the computer industry, where he held positions as a Systems Engineer at Hewlett Packard and Sun Microsystems. In 1995 Bob joined Netscape, where he consulted with major U.S. corporations on the enterprise-wide deployment of Internet technologies. He also managed the technical development of the Systems Engineering organization, which grew to over 200 SE's in five years. Bob also has experience in data storage, managed services, and network consulting.

Personal Profile Information and Profile Page
The Web sites' Personal Profile features information you may wish to share with other site members on your Profile Page. Only people who are members of this site can view other members' Profile Page. The only information that is automatically displayed on your Profile Page is your First Name and Last Name. Additional information fields from your Personal Profile information, including comments, and other personal information you choose to share, along with any photos, will appear only if you have opted to provide those items and have also selected to have those fields in your Profile Page View. All member information on the Web site is securely stored and is not sold or transferred to any third parties.

Credit Card Transactions
Some features of the Web sites enable credit card transactions. These features are completely voluntary to members. They include the purchasing of tickets or merchandise through event stores or donations through the site. iMODULES takes industry standard measures to make such transactions secure for its users.
The Web sites utilize industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) servers to encrypt your information and prevent unauthorized access. In addition, this site participates in the Better Business Bureau Online Reliability Seal Program to further ensure the security of your transactions. The processing of online transactions is done by Bank of America.
Shortly after a purchase is processed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You are advised to print out and save a copy of the order confirmation for verification necessary to request refunds or resolve any disputes.
iMODULES works to ensure transaction are secure. This means you are not responsible for unauthorized transactions posted to your credit card that occur as a result of submitting a credit card number to this site. The Web sites use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) servers on the transaction pages. encrypts all of your personal information including name, address, and credit card number to prevent unauthorized access as the information travels over the Internet.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, iMODULES will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. iMODULES will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from transactions made at this site while using the secure server.
Specifically regarding the iMODULES client Web sites, these are community sites that are based primarily on member input. The Web sites cannot guarantee the accuracy of information presented. However, anyone demonstrated to have engaged in fraudulent behavior may be subject to (but not limited to) loss of privileges as a member as well as face prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Corrections/Updates

Choice/Opt-Out
The Web sites provides you with the opportunity to choose to receive updates about the Web site and the groups you are registered with. The Web sites makes chat rooms and message boards available for every community Web site. Your first and last name will be displayed during chat sessions or when you post something in the message boards. Any additional information you choose to submit in these areas is considered public. To protect yourself from unwanted spam or other unsolicited or unwanted communication, you are advised against providing personally identifiable information, including e-mail addresses, postal addresses and phone numbers. iMODULES does not monitor the chat rooms unless we receive a request to do so by a client administrator or member via Customer Support.
